1 full immersion method

the workpiece completely soaking in the bath, after a period of time to be processed, oil removal or cleaning phosphating goal to complete a common approach, workpiece geometry and simplified, as long as the liquid can reach, can process to achieve the goal, this is the unique advantages of soak methods, is can't be matched by spray and brush. its disadvantage is that there is no mechanical erosion auxiliary use, so the processing speed is relatively slow, the processing time is long, especially like continuous suspension conveying workpiece, in addition to the workpiece in the tank running time, and the workpiece up and down time, so that equipment growth, site area and investment increase. only for phosphating, foreign countries tend to use full immersion method, it is said that full immersion phosphating is easy to form a high iron content of granular crystal phosphating film, with good compatibility with cathode electrophoresis.
2 full spray mode
the liquid is pressurized with a pump, and the liquid is formed into a mist at a pressure of 0.1 ~ 0.2mpa, which is sprayed on the workpiece to achieve the treatment effect. due to mechanical flushing and liquid renewal when spraying, the processing speed is accelerated and the time is shortened. the length of the production line is shortened, and the site, equipment and shortcomings of the corresponding section are that the workpiece with complex geometric shape, such as internal cavity, corner and other liquid is not easy to reach, the processing effect is not good, so it is only suitable for processing the workpiece with simple geometric shape. spray is not suitable for pickling derusting, it will bring equipment corrosion, rust between processes and a series of problems, so in the choice of pickling spray must be very careful. it is reported that full spray phosphating is easy to form crystallized dendritic thick phosphating film with low iron content, so it is not recommended to be used as a base for cathodic electrophoretic paint in foreign countries. the full spray method is mainly used for powder coating, electrostatic coating and anode electrophoresis of household appliances and components.
3 spray - soak combination
spray - soak combination, is generally in a process, the workpiece first spray, then soak into the tank, after the tank spray, all spray, soak are the same tank. this combination not only preserves the high efficiency of the roller coating machine spray, improves the processing speed, but also has the soaking process, so that all parts of the workpiece can be effectively processed. therefore, the spray-immersion combined pretreatment can complete the treatment process in a short time, and the equipment occupies relatively less space, while obtaining satisfactory treatment effect. at present, at home and abroad, for the automotive industry with higher pre-treatment requirements, generally tend to adopt spray - soak combination.
